I had the opportunity to watch William Blount and Farragut scrimmage last night.
First off -- Kudos to the folks at WB for all the improvements to the facility this season The place really looks good!
Congratulations to the WB folks for charging the west Knoxvillians $2.00 a piece for admission! Have to pay for those improvements somehow.
And finally -- I had a great time chatting with AdDad, Soup Kitchen and WBGK. Probably should have brought along the rubber hip boots, but then it is pre-season and the car is not fully stocked yet.
SK found a new vocation ..... He was the bathroom door monitor! Some folks will trust anyone!
Personal evaluation is that it looks like both teams will have successful seasons.
