It's a rotator cuff and scapular strength system. Got a email on it. Sounds interesting- cords seem a bit pricey. Apparently used by many colleges/MLB teams or so the list. cords/sequenced exercises r basis of program.

Should I show/discuss w physical therapist my son saw briefly?

Need  opinions on how best to decide what works vs what not to try.

I bought the crossover symmetry for my son a few years ago and it has made a big difference in his arm strength - he was 13 at the time. I recently bought the scapula prgm for him - have not noticed a huge difference with the scapula program yet but he still uses both. He is 16 now. The scapula pgm is not to be used daily like the crossover symmetry  - more of a heavier workout used in off season - it can be used during season - just have to monitor when he does it and plans on throwing.
