Ahhh, how prophetic ole dad can be.....dont you know at their first scrimmage game last weekend, the ex-gf showed up at the bb field to watch my son pitch. SHE HAD A S****R PLAYER ON HER ARM!!!!!!!
Now, I didnt know she would be dating one, just had a "gut" feeling. Son was almost laughing, telling me the story, he was like, dad, how the hell did you know what she would do.....??? Long story short, he threw 2 innings (in 32 degree weather!), 16 pitches, 2K's, no hits. Hope the ex got a good glimpse of what she let slip away, and when I told son to not let her bother him, think of someone/thing else, you know what his response was..........."I pitch for myself".......I think he'll be fine!!!

One of the best things that can happen to a player, and THE best thing to happen to a player's parents, is to see the girl friend in the rear view mirror. Congrats!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mine has kept it that way, and golly gee whiz, somehow academic side is looking much brighter.... happy days!
