It is good. Ron is cutting edge on how he looks at conditioning pitchers. Not many HS coaches from this area attend, but you will be impressed with the number of top notch colleges at his conventions. It is not a lot of mechanics, more about allowing the pitcher find his own rhythm and being athletic through his core. The specialists he brings in are great. Donaley (I think) is really interesting to listen to. (Shoulder specialist.) Anyhow, they are the best clinics I have been to.
