Coach says I have a problem where I fall off to the mound to the left because my body isnt driving totally to the plate. My left foot lands a bit towards the 1st base side and I fall off. Any drills to prevent this besides just practicing it over and over again?

With younger kids, I used a pretty tough drill. I put a wooden bench along the stride line and if the boy stepped left he fell on his rear. It was amazing how quickly the boy would correct the problem. All the spoken instruction in the world got nowhere, but this fixed it immediately.

That's if your stride is off line. If you're striding straight and still falling left, there could be any number of causes -- would have to have someone look at you to know how to address it.
Get inside or outside of a hitting tunnel. Stand w/ your back to the net about six to eight inches away. Step and throw. As you get more comfortable w/ it then have catcher get down. Object is to not hit the net w/ any part of body. Good for direction and finish. also good for staying away from hooking ball / or after hand break your hand/ball should not touch the net.

Maybe you don't have a problem at all. Maybe your mechanics are more rotational than what your coach is use to seeing, or they go against his perception of "proper mechanics." However, you haven't mentioned if you're a left or right handed thrower, and of course, video would really be a plus here.

Actually I found my problem. I'm a righty by the way. What's happening is when I go to throw I fly open a bit and my chest starts to point upward. It sounds akward and totally wrong, but it's not that obvious. It's kind of like I'm leaning to the left and not standing tall. To stop it I just gotta stand tall and not dip back so my chest points upward.
