Man on 3rd, nobody out. IF at normal depth. Batter hit s a ground ball to first base. F3 fields the ball about 3' off the bag and throws home to attempt to get the runner trying to score. Runner scores. No bobbles, no miscues, runner just beats the trhow.

Does the batter get credit for a hit or a FC?
