What are the current difference in the 3 when it comes to a hidden ball trick as it refers to the pitcher and the location on the mound? Also, coming out of a timeout what the effects?

They're all the same.
Can't have a hidden ball trick coming out of a timeout.
Jimmy is 100 % correct.....and I have had to explain ths numerous times to rec coaches.....to have a successful hidden ball trick the ball must be live....
to be made live after a timeout, the pitcher must have the ball on the mound.....no ball on the mound, no live ball, ........so no hidden ball trick is possible after a timeout....

In Fed the pitcher can't be within 5ft of the rubber. In NCAA he can't be on the dirt part of the mound with one or both feet without the ball. In OBR he can't be on or astride without the ball.
