In my opinion, with his stuff and demeanor, it was only a matter of time. Now Felix Hernandez has made history. He truly is the King. And long may he reign.

First of all, Congratulations to Felix!!! He's obviously an incredible pitcher.
There are so many interesting things with this story:
1. Three perfect games in one season, yet only 23 total in the history of the game.
2. Seattle has had a perfect game FOR them and AGAINST them this year.
3. Rays have been the victim of a perfect game three out of the last four years.
Those are facts...now for my sarcastic view of this event:
1. Clearly MLB isn't using baseballs from the Northwoods league.
2. Get this guy on a good baseball team. The fans deserve to see this guy pitch in the postseason.

Watched that game against my Rays and believe Felix would have done that to any team yesterday . Everything he threw was money , one of the best pitching performances I have ever seen . A big tip of the hat to King Felix , great job .

Yes, and so many coming AFTER the mound was lowered with the intent of helping the hitters and boosting offense.
