Final Four at USSSA World

I am just about to have a nervous breakdown! My son's team (Louisville Barracudas) is playing right now in the USSSA World Series in Lexington, KY and have reached the final four teams. I went to the Wednesday night game after work and he pitched a 3 hitter and won 7-1. I took off from work yesterday (it was suppose to be the final day), but they moved the semi's and final to today and I was unable to reach my boss to get approval to be off again. So, here I sit looking at the hsbaseballweb while my son plays in the biggest games of his life so far.

Yesterday, they beat Zach Osbourne's team 3-0 with Zach on the mound. I don't know how I will get through this day. GO BARRACUDAS!!

Well, the anxiety attack is over. The news was bad, however. They lost to the Quad City Hitmen 6-1. That gives them a 4th place finish.

I feel your pain. My son is playing in Tulsa all week and I am in Houston. Next week they are traveling to Vegas for USSSA. I will be able to make that tournament in time for bracket play.
