First pitch is a single to right field....next 8 are of an at bat which ended in a weak line out to right....last three are of an at bat which ended with a pop out to center


Okay! It looks to me like your hips are late and your front arm is disconnected. It also looks like you slowed your swing down on the curve ball. You have to do the opposite on off speed, wait longer and swing faster.

It's coming away from your body way before contact. Practice on a tee first holding a towel under your left arm pit. It should not fall until you are fully extended toward the pitcher or the towel moves in the direction of the ball. I'm talking about a rolled towel. If the towel falls out early, you are disconnecting too soon.
