There is plenty of info here and seemingly everywhere on the proper mechanics of hitting a baseball, but I'd like to learn and become a better teacher of "approach". I'm asking you guys for help finding information (books, DVDs, articles, websites, etc) that address approach.
Once again, I'm not necessarily referring to physical mechanics or even coaching approach differences (ie, one coach teaches swing down for ground balls/line drives & another teaches matching the plane of the pitch,etc.). I am looking for info more along the lines of mental approach, timing, expanding or shrinking the zone, etc. Hope this makes sense and thanks in advance for any help you can give.
