What should be the call if a runner rounds first and takes out the first baseman as they are trying to catch the ball?

This happened in a JV fastpitch game where the girl apparently thought the ball went to the outfield but 3rd baseman fielded the ball and was attempting to throw her out at 1rst when she literally ran over her. There is an orange bag in softball for the runner and she clearly made no attempt to even touch it and she was called safe when first baseman dropped the ball.

It's a HTBT and actually see the play. It could be anything from nothing to MC. I don't know if HS softball has the same MC rules that baseball ahs but if the umpire thought that was what it was then she would be out and ejected. However if as you say the runner thought the ball went to the outfield and she was just trying to make the corner to go for second then it's probably nothing.

The coach questioned the call when he went out to check on his player(after he saw she was ok)He is an umpire himself so he had to have seen something but the umpire made a gesture like the first baseman had her foot across the bag, which she clearly did not, then words were exchanged and the ump could be heard saying that is what "I" saw.END OF DISCUSSION. Cool

So basically if it is an accident then no foul but if there was intent, then an ejection is warranted?
