To start I just want to thank everyone in advance for you advice and for all of the information I have gotten from this site. With that said, I am a junior in high school and have yet to send out any letters or e-mails. I am planning on sending some out this week. Is this too late and should I send a letter or e-mail and what should I include in this letter or e-mail? Thanks again for the help.

If you go to the home page of this site there are some good examples. Might want to do a search on the message board as well. Advice I was given for first letters/e-mails is to just have it be introductory. Hi, name is... I am a student, athlete interested in your program... I play varsity for .... My grades are.... Don't worry too much about listing all your stats etc yet. I attached a little resume type profile (still kind of general). Its not too late, but I'd get going on it.
