That one is definitely a head-scratcher. The only possible explanation is strength of schedule. A few of the good teams they were scheduled to play early in the season were cancelled due to weather. Just using the eye test, I have no doubt that CNU is the best team in the region.
Salisbury is also in the conference mix with CNU..don't underestimate them..their 3 game series with CNU was quite competitive.
