OK, these are not official baseball rules, but I remember one league my son played in -- I think it was Babe Ruth -- that had a rule whereby in extra-innings you start with a man on first (the 6th way)! Then, if no runs are scored, you start with a man on 2nd, then 3rd.

Dropped third strike may actually count as two different ways to get there -- could be a K/WP or a K/PB.
Great answers but if I recall the question correctly, you had to have had been the batter at the time you reached first.
