I have not felt well since about November 2nd....  Sweats, can't sleep.... I went to the doc and he said you are having withdrawal symptoms,  are you addicted  to anything ?  I said regrettably yes.... baseball..... and he said well that's not good ..... he recommended I try to find some Arizona Fall League or maybe even some foreign baseball ... Anyone know how to get some baseball?   It's either this or I start watching re-runs again.

Hah! I usually spend the off season listening to archived radio broadcast of my kid's high school games.

Our dugout club actually streamed our home games on FB Live last season and it was a huge success. Family members who lived out of town or locals who were traveling watched via live stream.

Jeesh, I got fooled, I came here to give flu advice. I have been sick for over two weeks, really sick, with a flu shot! My third visit to the doctor today, if not better in a few days, next step is steroids.

That's kind of baseball related I guess!

We fill the void with college football!

Go Owls, Go Tigers!!!

I hope you get well soon...

I have been trying to plan for the layoff by making myself feel good about there is only this amount of time until this, this amount of time for that, etc.  For instance, we just visited Ryan, and it was unfortunate that he didn't pitch, but I thought of it like this:  there are 6 weeks until he comes home for Christmas break, I have 6 weeks until I graduate with my MBA, then he's home for 2 weeks, then only 6 weeks until his first game at Baylor, and we will make the trip to see him.  It's the only way that I can cope.  Big time withdrawal for me, especially because he is 1,600 miles away.  Very hard for me...
