Which sport do you feel you will play after high school?
You must have flexibility in the shoulders to be able to throw a baseball correctly. How is your flexibility in the shoulders now? I would suggest that if you continue to lift weights, especially bench press, that you get on a strict flexibility routine to make sure you are staying flexible in the shoulder area.
My recommendation would be not to bench press with a lot of weight, but do it with lighter weights and more reps. If you are playing football and baseball, I know that you have a hard time telling the football coach that you can't lift weights, so I think you should start thinking about what you want to do after high school and do the training necessary for that particular sport. Here in Texas, most elite athletes have to choose one sport and stay with it, because most coaches here don't want to share their athletes. That's just the way it is now in the higher classifications in Texas. Not sure how it is in your area, but it may be something for you to consider.
