Bottom of the elbows unless the batter has a strange stance. Usually the elbows wind up at the midpoint between the shoulders and belt. That is somewhat dependent on the level but it's a basis.
Top of my zone is easy....hopefully just below the letters....
One zone for all levels......not for any other reason other than I am more consistent when I do not attempt to have multiple zones for differnet levels.
