Best Memory:
Back in first year of 10u, rec. ball when the Coach challanged to boys to win against our arch rivals in chamionship game by saying if we won he would shave his head. Later on that evening I got to shave the Coaches head and half of our team. Smile

Worst Memory:
The night I acted bad in in the stands due to
horrible calls. No excuse. Frown

What would I do over again?
Every bit of it!!! Big Grin

Favorite Coach:
Gary Henderson and Russ Timms, they took on my
son at the beginning of his select career and
taught him how to be a very good baseball player
but more importantly how to be a Good Man.

Hopefully I will have many more best memories
and Favorite Coaches. Wink
Best memory: My son breaking out of a slump during the 14YO Super Series World Series in Houston and getting a double off of Baseball America's 14yo pitcher of the year to tie the game with 2 outs and a 0-2 count.

Worst memory: The day I got a phone call from a friend that Bobby Short had cancer and wasn't going to live long.

Do over? Not be so hard on my son when I was coaching. I was rough on him to set an example for the other kids.

Best Coach? Lynn Vanlandingham, took our ragtag group of boys and molded them into a competive group. We beat everybody that we were supposed to beat, and played the top notch teams tough every time. He is also still working behind the scenes for all of "his boys" to make sure they play at the next level. As Chad Comer's dad said yesterday, if Chad got a phone call that Lynn was coaching a college team, Chad would turn down his scholarship to go play for him.
Best memory: Playing in the championship game of a 13yo tournament agaonst a team from Louisiana. The temperature was 32 degrees. My son pitched one of the best games he ever pitched. The game ended up going to a California tie breaker. My son was the first batter up to start the tie breaker and hit a shot to the centerfield fence to break the tie.

Worst Moment: Anytime I made a bad decision that directly affected my son. whether it be the team we chose for him to play on or maybe me saying something I shouldn't have.

Do over?: Would do somethings a little differently but, without a doubt, yes.

Favorite coach: Jim Perry. He helped my son not only on the ballfield but showed him things that his parents couldn't teach him. He trully cares about all the kids that play for him. My son and I have talked numerous times about how much we miss his philosophy. I wish every kid could have the opportunity to play for this great, great man!
Best Memory.. 9 years old Little League he was 1 for the Season" a bunt single" Came up his last at bat of the Year and hit a line drive triple down the line.
2nd.. This year threw a no-hitter in a 14u tourney that got us into the Championship which we won.

Worst Moments... I tend to cuss to much.. It's the football in me. Watching my son pitch takes years off my life.

Do Over.. To many to count..

Favorite Coach: Danny Florence, gets a lot out of his Players and easily gets at least 2 runs a game by out Coaching the other guy.. Great Coach.
