.... has signed a long term [5 week one day a week deal, with a club option for the weekend of 1/31] with the AZWOB/Phoenix Blue Devils Winter Program.

That's right sports fans, while financial terms were not disclosed [rumors persist that for this 5 day stint Coach Mik will be paid a substantial low "5 Figure" Stipend], the AZWOB/PBD management is thrilled to have signed the Buckeye State's most recent export to AZ.

Unfortunately for the Mik the "5 Figures" include the figures which follow the decimal point.

Seriously, "hats off"

to Coach Mik and 7 other professional with a true love for the game, and a desire to give back, who have all agreed to provide complete top notch pitching, hitting, infield, catching, outfield, baserunning, and strength and conditioning instruction to 30 serious sophomores at Randy Johnson Field on 5 Saturdays in December and January.
