The Frederick Hustlers 2012 14U team will be holding workouts open to all interested players over the next couple of weeks. The workouts will be held on the following schedule at Yellow Springs Elementary School in Frederick, MD, weather permitting. Players should come to the workouts dressed in full baseball attire. The workouts will include a combination of skills and instructional stations as well as strength and conditioning stations.

Sunday, 8/7 from 3pm - 5:15pm
Wednesday, 8/10 from 5pm - 7:15pm
Sunday, 8/14 from 3pm – 5:15pm
Wednesday, 8/17 from 5pm – 7:15pm
The Frederick Hustlers compete at the highest level against the area and region's top teams through league and tournament play, and finished runner-up in the very competitive Baltimore Metro Baseball (BMB) league 13U division this past Spring. Tryouts for the 2012 14U team will be held the weekend of August 20-21, and the team will be announced on August 24. Any player interested in playing 14U baseball for Fall 2011 and/or Spring-Summer 2012 needs to attend the August 20-21 tryouts. The Fall 2011 season will consist of practices two times per week and participation in four tournaments. The Spring-Summer 2012 season will consist of BMB league play along with approximately six tournaments, to include national-level qualifier tournaments.
Additonal details including the location and times for the 2012 Frederick Hustlers tryouts will be provided soon and will be announced in area newspapers.
