What are the limittions on a player that wasn't drafted being approached about signing as a free agent.

Has the player exhausted his NCAA eligibility?

Generally speaking, there are no limitations in professional baseball in this regard. However, it is bad for business to break NCAA rules and possibly render a player ineligible in the future.
