I'm new to the site, not a coach. I'm an LMT in LA, and I work with some pro trainers who have done a lot of work with high school basketball and baseball teams here in the SF Valley.
Our main interest is in injury prevention. To that end we have created a step by step course demonstrating a proper dynamic warm up with over 40 unique moves. The website is called Dynamic Stretching Zone
We are looking to spread the word to coaches and the public in general about the necessity of dynamic stretching. It's a topic that is too often overlooked for things like muscle building or weight loss.
