FRESHMAN NIGHTS/BOOTH

Hey,

Do any of you guys set up a booth or a table at incoming freshman nights? We are doing one for the first time this year as most other sports are doing them.

Trying to figure out some things to do for it. We are getting a baseball banner made, we have some trophies to set out, will have a baseball handout...

You guys have any ideas for a baseball booth for incoming students?

All sports have booths setup at our schools freshman nights. Though ours is done at the end of the school year as opposed to the start of the new year. In general they have the coach there along with a player or two. The basically answer parents questions about the program. Some of them will have an information sheet listing important dates and information.

Take names, addresses phone numbers and email. Keep in touch with the kids/parents. Promote your program.
