Friends or Competition

Well for about the last month I have been thinking bout next summers baseball otions. I could stay and play with my friends who I've played forever or see if I could make a legion team or VFW team in a different town, (our town dropped their VFW team many years ago) and play with kids I only know from playing against. I know nothing about these teams but my dad is good friends with some other parents from kids in these towns and talks with them frequently. So I guess Im asking would you guys still stay and play with your friends at this level or go to better competition. (Im 15 now, be 16 next summer and have varsity experience so I know I can play with these guys)

It depends on your plans for the future.If you have aspirations of pro ball,then I would think the Travel team would benefit you the most.

OR you could do it like my HS.Play with your HS,but travel and play tournaments with them.I played with my HS this summer,and we went to texas,arkansas,etc and it was with all of my baseball friends since it was the regular team.
