Son just finished freshman summer ball in Alaskan league. He was asked mid season to play in the Cape next year as a sophomore. This kid just works and works and works and his results are paying off. We consult with Eric cressey for his workouts. Mostly medi ball work, heavy squats, deadlifts, scap work and tons of soft tissue work and stretching...still 165 lbs and most scouts think there is more in the tank...Been one heck of a fun ride so far..Gotta keep him healthy and strong...Tell your young skinny pitchers to never give up. Kyle is proof of what can happen.

Nice job. Eric Cressey is an impressive figure in the strength and conditioning world. I've read most of his material and following one of his programs kept me playing ice hockey into my 40's. His work dedicated to baseball, and pitchers in particular is definitely progressive and diverges from a lot of the old school thought on training pitchers.
