What is "frontside leaks" ? I see it in some of the PG profiles.

There are lots of different ways to articulate it. One way is that your body (or weight, or center of gravity) moves out over the plant ("stride") leg. Ideally, center of gravity should not extend beyond inside of plant leg.
I think PG likes tools more than anything else, as I've seen some really awful swings on guys with 10s. That being said, "front side leak" generally means that either the body leaks over the front side or the front side compromises the rear hip load (what some call bleed).
