I'm becoming frustrated with my swing, at all the wrong times. my hitting coach is with the big club now, so I can't get a hold of him to straighten it out, so I thought I'd consult the board. I've lately caught my backside dipping a little bit, and hitting fly balls. The problem is it's very hard to catch yourself dipping on the backside and correcting it. Anyone have any advice/suggestions/drills for me?

I definitely agree with Jon and Krakatoa as well. rotlaugh WWIII is brewing over in the "hitting" forum.

Videotape is by far the quickest and best way to correct yourself. If you have a video of your "old" swing when you felt good and compare the two...even better.

If it is a situation where you might be dipping, that simply means that your backside isn't rotating through the baseball. (PM me if you want some drills for that). Good luck and remember that you are still the same hitter you always have been. Stay confident and aggressive.
