As we enter into May the fun begins around here in the Northeast with HS races being decided along with the College Season in the home stretch

Will Trinity College win two today and go undefeated?
Will St Johns hold on to win the Big East?
Who will be in the Division II and Division III regionals?

Today at 3PM in n NJ two of the top HS teams in the country, Don Bosco Prep and Mamaroneck meet.

In Rockland County Clarkstwon South has its annual tournament running with the likes of George Washington ( currently 13th in the country) James Monroe and Tottenville venturing out of the NYC PSAL

It does not get much better for the baseball fan---

The weather could get better. I got cold again today watching Villanova-Pitt. It's always windy at the Nova field.

Trinity College (Hartford, CT) won both ends of the DH wih Wesleyan , 14-1 and 11-1 to finish the regulat season at 34-0

That's great. I became a fan after you recommended seeing them, along with the son of a friend I hadn't seen in thirty years is on the team. I wish I could watch them in regions but travel starts as soon as high school ball is over. The two days I saw them play has been the only time I haven't watched D1 ball this year. I was still watching quality ball. I did have to ask what a Bantam is. I was told it's a pi$$ed off chicken.

Kiely did it again --no walks---in fact Barnard who pitched the second game also issued no walks

You don't lose too many games when you don't walk any opposing batters
