Ideally we would all like to have every kid working on all of the correct fundaments at age 6 and continuing them through our HS programs. But, the reality of time/practice limitations and mental/physical abilities don't allow us to get all the fundamentals out at the early ages. I believe the coaches and players would be overwelmed by such a task anyway.
With this in mind, I am trying to get a list of fundamentals that should be developed at each age. Does anyone have such a list?
