I am a Red Sox fan. I am still upset w/ Calvin Schiraldi, Bob Stanley, and especially Rich Gedman for missing an inside pitch (scored a wild pitch) when he didn't react to the location of Stanley's pitch. But you have to love this: Game 6 reenactment Check out the 'Player of the game' announcement.

Obligatory Buckner comment - even if he catches the grounder we go into extra innings. Who is to say the Red Sox win in extra innings?

Cal Schiraldi was and is still the most competitive player I have ever known. He hated what happened in that game.People forget he was a major factor in getting the Sox to the playoffs, the league championship and to game six.

we lost that game in many many ways.shame buckner takes all the heat for it imo. but he didn't lose game 7.
