Any info would be great. I know they are a small christian school that plays in the big south conference. How is their program, facilities and coaching staff? It looks like they hold their own in the league. Thanks.

Nice, new stadium and field. The stadium is small, but just right. Doesn't hold a lot of fans but it looks good and most of the seats are covered.
Tough conference with Coastal, Liberty, and Campbell. Kind of always looking to crack the top 3. GWU hosted South Carolina last year and got the win. Game was played at the much larger American Legion World Series stadium in nearby Shelby.
Boiling Springs is a very small, rural college town. GWU is a nice, small school. I'm originally from the area and the school has always had a good reputation in the community.
I've known of a few of the kids who have gone there to play and they are good kids. My son has attended camp there and they run a good camp. I don't know Coach Stroupe, but I know several people that do, and they all speak highly of him.
I have talked with asst. coach Kent Cox and he's a good guy who will talk baseball for days. He was also helpful with an honest evaluation of my son at a camp and suggested a position change which was in my son's best interest. I didn't quite see it at the time but he was right and it makes perfect sense now.
I know many people who have gone to college there, and I know many people who have worked there. So, if you need something more specific, let me know. I may know the answer or be able to find it quickly.
Thanks for the good info. Do you know where they recruit from? Do they use their camps for recruiting, attend showcases, ect.
Thanks
They do use their camps and it would be worth doing just to see the campus, area, and meet the coaches.
Coach Cox works some of the Demarini Top 96 camps so if you search the Top 96 Southeast camps you'll probably see his name on some this summer.
I also saw their pitching coach at East Cobb this summer. So, they go to the usual places.
