Amen, play baseball...I was undecided up until last night, when I got clarification on an issue that I was struggling with. I voted at noon today and feel good that I participated in a process without fear of losing my life - A luxury that many Americans take for granted.

Also used it as a time to show and discuss with the kids why it is so important. Made it a point to bring them into the polling place and explain the process. It is our right as Americans and more importantly our Responsibility!!!

A focus group who watched a recent debate was asked who they thought won the debate. Several mentioned that they really, really liked a specific candidate. A TV person asked if anyone in the group could name something specific that this candidate has done -- legislation, stands on issues, etc. -- and not one person could come up with anything. Pretty sad when a candidate wins based on "charisma."
What I find tragic is young people not voting. Thankfully that does not appear to be the case in this election.
