Hello, I have been away from the baseball field for about 2 years. My freshman year, I was playing on scholarship for a NAIA school. As of now, I have 2 years left to play. Honestly, the school I attend dosen't have the best talent but I know I could be beneficial. I still workout on my own also. What would be some good advice and drills to do on how to get back into the the shape I was in my freshman year. Thanks

I am not an expert. However, you stated you have stayed in shape. I am assuming that means you have stayed trim and still go to the gym regularly. If that's the case, then I think most of your focus should be on baseball skills and perhaps getting some hitting instruction to determine what you need to work on. IMO, the baseball skills are more important than getting in "baseball shape" at the moment (aagin, assuming you are in good non-baseball shape). You could be in incredible shape, but if you can't hit, field or throw, you have no chance. But please, again, I am not an expert, perhaps I should not have answered. Just my opinion. I wish you the best.
