What is some good avice to get back into shape for baseball? I haven't played in 2years due to acedemic issues but the coach is willing to give me my scholarship back.
Most important thing I can say is get your "legs" back.... running and more running for now. It helps to have the stamina there. Also get throwing as soon as possible. Make sure your arm isn't going to be sore after one or two days of practice because of no use.
