hey guys, i have run into a little problem, latley i am not getting on top of the ball, but instead around it, like when you trow a screw ball ( from a righty ) you go the oppisite way of a curveball, thats how i'm getting around it. any advise on how to fix this, because getting around the ball is causing me to have a tingly feeling in my elbow.

It's kind of hard to know without actually seeing you pitch. How ever there are a couple things. One thing is check your arm slot. Your arm slot could be causing you to never get ontop. Another thing it could be is where you release the ball. Make sure to be reaching out front when your pitching. If your throwing the ball back you will never get leverage on top of the ball. Last thing you should check is just, where you are positioning your wrist and how you move it. I know sometimes when I pitch I might sumtimes go around the ball, by wrapping around the ball rather than coming on top and snapping down.
