First you have to be true to yourself regarding what level of college ball you can play. There are a lot of all conference high school players playing D3. Then decide which conferences of the correct level you might be interested in playing. Review each team in that conference. Decide which ones might be academic, baseball, social, cultural, geographical and financial fits. Email the head coach and the recruiting assistant coach at each of these schools. Express your interest in the school, their baseball program and ask where you can get in front of them to display your skills. Then you will know what showcases to attend.
Unless you're a jaw dropping stud you can't just attend showcases at will and hope for the best. If you tell the board objectively what level you believe you can play in college, your academic ability and general geographic area posters may be able to recommend some showcases.
Have you attended and watched closely college baseball at each level? There's even a difference between major conference and mid majors in D1 and competitive D3s and the rest of the D3s.
RJM, the OP is a 7th grader in Delaware.
Is this the same kid who already wore out his welcome under another name.?
I'm sure that 10 minutes of Googling will tell you what are the elite travel teams close enough to your area and when they have tryouts or who you can contact about getting a tryout.
Are you currently on a travel team? In our area, the elite squads seem to be always on the lookout for players, and when they see elite players on other teams, they try to recruit them.
(Or try to poach them. Depends on your point of view)
If you're in northern DE tryout for Tri State Arsenal next December. Tell your parents to get their wallet warmed up. However, when my son played travel there were only four on the 13u team that made the 17u showcase team. You would be better off waiting until high school to find the right showcase program. Being in a system at 13u guarantees nothing except your parents will spend a lot of money. Find the right program nearby that has decent coaching and you can earn playing time.
Have you checked the classifieds or sport sections of the local paper? The regional paper here often has announcements in the sports section of travel teams having tryouts or are looking for specific positions or a specific number of players. It is worth a look.
Or as suggested, Google is your friend.
Good luck!

The Arsenal has only gotten bigger since you left the area, now it appears they take anyone who wants to spend the money to buy a jersey. It wasn't many years ago you knew that if you played them it was going to be a top team. Now they have 3, 4, 5 teams at several age groups.
Look up the PG results and you will be amazed by the quantity and poor showings of the Arsenal. That being said if you get one of the "real" Tri-State teams you will have your hands full.
Arsenal was up to three teams in each age group the last time my son played ECTB at fifteen. A friend got his son on a 17u sub team. I told him it's not the way to go. Fortunately the kid was seen at an individual showcase he participated on his own. The dad said Arsenal did nothing for him. The kid just finished his career over .350 on a very good D3.
We (EvoShield Canes) pull kids from DE who are interested in playing in the Mid-Atlantic region or beyond. Please fill out a Prospect Form at canesbaseball.net
DE baseball, if your grad year is 2019 as your profile states, while I applaud your initiative, I would suggest you play local, look at attending a local University baseball camp if you want more; and do your research on travel teams for the High School level. Anything else would be a waste of your parents money imo.
Good luck
