From this morning's Mountain West Conference recap on happenings in the MWC this Fall:


"In the first game Jesse Wight hit a double and scored twice and Kyle Kretchmer hit a two-run home run to lead their team to an 8-4 win in a four-inning game this past Saturday morning."

Way to go Kyle. Good luck to this year's Rebels.

This young man has paid his dues and this type of news does not surprise me. He had a fine summer in the wood bat leagues and he is an outstanding student. He is also a team leader and loyal almost to a fault to his team. I know ob44 has used this expression before to describe others, but in this case the apple indeed does not fall far from the tree Smile
