i'm sorry i missed breakfast. but i thought i was the only one who's 4 oclock alarm went off at 3.

got up showered, dressed for the chilly morning, only to find ....... fall behind. i knew it too.

Whaddya' think 20dad? Finally a diet that the two of us can sink our teeth into.

I'm good to go already. Our pantry and snack drawer (really more like an over-sized armoire) is brim full of just what I need. I keep 'em topped off nicely. Easy to do when your shopping cart has U-Haul© emblazoned on the side.

Dya' think they'll let us shoe-horn in a piece o' strudel every once in awhile?

On second thought 20dad, maybe this isn't the diet for us. Here's a little nugget I pulled from the article...

Kinda' tough to build a nutritional foundation while following a guy who doesn't know his fly ash from a hole in the ground!
