You will choose your own team to play with the summer before freshman year.

What?

I am guessing colleges do not have summer workout programs or practice for incoming freshman?
That could be a good head start but I have not heard that. Most players will stay with their current select team thru the summer before going to college.

They will let you know what the summer program is.

Practice for the college team starts in the fall.

Usually after the fall workout programs............

Which are tough if you don't do the summer workout programs.
