Blaine Clemmens (the author) is from our area...a really great guy who has helped numerous kids in Northern California get to the next level.

I often drop him an email when I have a question and he is always there to help. Occasionally he's even asked me a question/favor or two which I feel honored to help.

He's also been very active in our community raising charity dollars for kids with leukemia...a cause very near-and-dear to my heart as my sister is a 30+ year survivor.

When Blaine talks, I listen. Wink

JB, again we are cut from the same mold...Would concur wholeheartedly about Blaine Clemmens...I don’t need much proding to start singing Blaine's praises…

In 30 plus years full time in youth sports I have crossed paths with many people. Blaine is one of the most knowledgeable, approachable, honest, straight, and caring individuals I have had the pleasure to cross paths with. His help with the recruiting process of my two boys (as well as scores of other players from Northern California) has been simply invaluable. When Blaine talks we listen. When Blaine suggests we do. When Blaine asks we help. When Blaine organizes we attend.

I sincerely hope that his PG connection increases his national profile and allows many, many more people to have the privilege to cross paths with him. All HSBBWS posters please take note...

PGstaff you got a great one here...

As for the article itself...absolutely REQUIRED reading. IMO...really tackles the realities and myths of "the Recruiting Game".

JMO....

Cool
