i just got back form the tbca clinic in nashville. great clinic. like usual. but one session was the best i have ever experienced. it was a hot stove session with derek johnson - pitching coach at vandy and fred corral - pitching coach at tennessee. they just stood in the middle of the state's high school coaches and took questions. they did this for 3 hours and corral was still in the hotels lobby talking to coaches when i went to my room at midnight. best pitching learning opportunity i have ever experienced. these guys are sharp.
