My son had a Brett Bros. bat for about a month and had a crack right on the handle. Called Brett Bros. and provided them with photos and also my receipt from the store where I ordered it.
Within 24 hours I had a response and they are sending me a new bat free of charges.
That is excellent customer service!
I have really only had one issue with a bat company over the years before this came up. That company never even replied to my calls or email.

First of all I am not affiliated with Old Hickory Bats in any way. But I have to post this because Im big on customer service. I ordered four ash bats last summer from Old Hickory. When I got the bats I noticed that I had five in the box the extra one being a maple. I called Old Hickory and told them about the fact I had ordered four ash and they had sent me an extra maple bat. I told them I would like to keep it and I would send them the payment for it. The customer rep replied "We sent that extra bat on purpose to show you we appreciate your business. Its free of charge thanks for your business." Now thats the kind of customer service that keeps you coming back. The bats are great and the service is outstanding. In a world where people sometimes make you feel like your doing them a favor by doing business with them this was very refreshing to me.
