Welcome Driller Man! You're right this is a great website. The Dallas Drillers have a nice looking website too. You could add the HSBBW link to the Drillers' site for all the players and parents to enjoy.
I found the HSBBW ten or eleven years ago. The members and the site provide more information about getting to the next level (all levels) than all other sources of information combined. Probably the most rewarding thing about the site is the different opinions from the multitude of members. Welcome and enjoy!

I'll go one more, CD - the premiere site, regardles of content, on the planet! Everyone here offers such valuable insight on baseball. Heck, and where else can you get links to bloody penguin games.... 
I like this site because although many members have 'been there, done that', they choose to stick around to help others and share their experiences. I enjoy the good nature. lol, where are all these crazy parents we hear about?
