Grounder to short

Runner on 1st and 2nd. The ball is hit toward short .The runner going to 3rd passes the ball and the ss comes up behind him and bumps him and misses the ball. Is this interference on the runner as the ss did not move up till the ball got past the runner

If the "bump" hindered the SS in his effort to field the batted ball, then it is INT.
