Only in Chicago... but I guess now that they've made all those great laws forbidding law abiding people to own handguns (and THAT worked out so well) they have to move on to the next most dangerous thing - the dreaded baseball bat!

'tis the way of American legislation in todays world. We pass laws to obstensibly protect people, yet when we put the math to it, the law affecting millions, protects a small handful.
