Baseball program is very solid and competes every year for the NCAA Regionals

You cannot go wrong !!!

What amazes me is that people come on here and ask questions like this while they can just go to the Harvard /Ivy League site and get the info in more detail

Folks --do your homework and don't be so darn lazy
Allstar ...

In the past few months you've posted you're a catcher, a pitcher and a shortstop, and a second baseman in seperate posts. You've stated your grades are weak in high school. You stated a school. You've also stated you are homeschooled. I've never heard of anyone doing poorly in homeschooling. You've now asked about Harvard in addition to about ten other schools that don't correlate in academics or baseball. So what's the deal?

TR - Don't you think that there might be people on this site with information about Harvard (or any other school) that you won't find on the school or league web site?

I don't think he was being lazy - just trying to find the inside scoop.

There isn't much info better than first hand info from people who have kids in a program. That is one of the MOST beneficial things about this site -

I've yet to ask about any college that didn't have at least one member here have a kid play for it.
There is a lot more to a baseball program than what is on their website. Personal experiences are invaluable. Information on a website does not provide this information.

Stats and bios are only part of it.

Great question, and if you have anymore please do not hesitate to ask us here at the HSBBW, most of us like to help. Wink

It may sound humorous, but it is far from the truth. There are many examples of homeschoolers who do not thrive in homeschool education programs. Reasons vary. FWIW, 2 my homeschooled children have done quite well in college - with another set to attend college in 2009.
BTW - Harvard is usually a pretty good Ivy League team and is usually still alive in the competition for Red Rolfe division champion on the last weekend of the Ivy season. Winner of Red Rolfe plays 3 game series for Ivy League championship vs. Lou Gehrig division winner. Ivy Champ then gets toasted in NCAA regionals in 2 or 3 games. Smile
