Great development for college baseball; incredibly shortsighted move by the SEC, which is surprising since normally the SEC is so sophisticated when it comes to marketing its product. Glad to see college baseball on ESPN, though. It is such a natural fit, especially on ESPN2.

I agree on the SEC--one would think they would want to jump on the bandwagaon immediately
Lets hope hockey never returns. This could be the break that college needs

i though this was a high school website...not college or pros.........go somewhere else
12baseball,
You ask, "i though this was a high school website...not college or pros"
For how long did you think this?
If you would have spent even the shortest time doing a little due diligence you wouldn't need to ask.

12baseball, SBK is correct-Read a little more before making snap judgements. I think you'll appreciate this site for the variety of info you'll get about all levels of baseball.
12baseball, if you visit this site regularly you presumably aspire to rise to the level of playing college baseball. Why wouldn't you want to watch college games? I think this is a great opportunity for many HS baseball players to watch college teams where they are interested in becoming a player. This can help the colleges with their recruiting efforts, and assist high schoolers in further developing their impressions about those colleges.

More than just for the college teams they may dream of playing for it, college baseball on TV, flat out gives them an opportunity to see college baseball and get an idea where they might fit in realisitically.
