Large, recently built campus in a college town. Lots to do, great restaurants around, but certainly not a crowded, big city feel.
The program is excellent, ran by a good guy, gets top recruits and churns them out to top programs, and uses top notch facilities and equipment.
If you want to go the 2 year route, I couldn't recommend any school above Heartland.

Played them several times in Fla, outstanding program. One of the best coached Juco teams, professional, all business.
Thank you for the input. My 2013 went down to Normal to throw for them. Great facilities at the Corn Crib!
