Hey all,
I have been training all summer, seem to be getting faster and stronger, so I know it's working. The problem is I am leavign to Texas on Wed. and returning Sunday, to see my friends Air Force Boot Camp Graduation...and I don't want to stop doing any lifting for 5 days.
What exercises can I be doing in my room, or outside (we have a house, but it's supposed to be 100 degrees) to stay in shape and not lose the gains I have made all summer.
